Refund policy
All items are non-refundable at this time. We are a small start-up business and we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If we made a mistake we apologise and will work hard to quickly correct the mistake.
Only if you have received an incorrect item you can start a return by contacting us first at roosoriginalx@gmail.com.
To be eligible for us to resend the correct item, your order must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once the order is received, you have 7 days to notify us of any issues with the order after which we cannot accept a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
