Shipping policy

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping on US orders $100 or more will be automatically applied upon check out. Discount codes cannot be combined. Upon order confirmation, all orders will be processed and shipped in 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for this information to become available. 

Once orders are shipped via USPS any delays are out of our hands. If you haven't received your order within 14 days of shipping confirmation, please reach out to us.

In markets outside of the U.S.A. duties and import taxes are collected at check-out for your convenience. The shipping carrier will be responsible for duty on delivery paid. 

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure you enter the correct delivery address at check-out. Should you supply an incorrect address, any cost associated with generating a new shipping label to the correct shipping address will be for the buyer.
